Run Jump Fly at The DoSeum

Action-Adventure isn’t just for your favorite superheroes anymore! The DoSeum is ready to train a future generation of San Antonio Action Stars in our newest heart-pumping, skill-building exhibit, “Run! Jump! Fly! Adventures in Action.” Kids will exercise their minds and bodies in an engaging space for kids of any age to move their bodies, have fun, and learn all about developing healthy habits.

In “Run! Jump! Fly!’s” Action Star Training, kids will build skills in balance, endurance, strength, and coordination. They will learn to master different bendy poses in the Yoga Station, balance on a board as it moves through mountains and oceans in Surf Snow, and maneuver across a rocky wall in Climbing Canyon. While breaking a sweat, visitors will also learn about the origins of their favorite activities and how they can stay healthy and active in their daily lives.
