San Antonio Food Truck Showdown – 2nd Bi-Annual

Join us for The Second Bi-Annual San Antonio Food Truck Showdown Presented by San Antonio Magazine, which will be held on Saturday, October 22 from 11AM-4PM (sampling 11-2pm) at The University of the Incarnate Word!

Due to the success of the first Showdown, we are teaming up with San Antonio Magazine & University of the Incarnate Word Alumni to expand the event to a larger venue (UIW – the same spot that holds Fiesta’s Alamo Heights Night!)

Your ticket will include six samples from our eight participating food trucks, along with 1 cold Independence Brewing Co. Beer, samples from Pinch Crawfish Kitchen, and enter you in to win a sponsor package from San Antonio Magazine. Everyone will have access to San Antonio’s favorite vendors, local beer, plus music by Lacy Brinson & DJ CRG!

Voting for your favorite trucks will take place between 11-2PM, with winners announced around 3PM. The truck with the most votes will win $1,000, second place $500, and third place $250!

We always suggest UBERing to an event first & formost! However, parking will be available on UIW’s campus first come first serve as spots are limited, we will also have the AT&T parking lot available to the right of UIW on Hildebrand for free parking.

A portion of ticket proceeds will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association: San Antonio & South Texas, in an effort to join the fight against Alzheimer’s to find a cure!
This event is RAIN OR SHINE! Purchased & returned tickets will receive a partial refund.
